Buying an electric VW bus does not automatically mean buying a new car. A used T5 or T6, combined with a modern electric kit, can deliver more battery, more space and more character – for less money than the ID. Buzz.
The principle: existing vehicle instead of a new car
You take a used VW T5 or T6 with a good body, remove the diesel drive and replace it with the ESDI EV kit: 82 kWh MEB battery (same cells as the ID. Buzz Pro), Tesla Model 3 motor with up to 250 kW.
