How we build
We build reversibly. That means: a maximum of two drill holes.
Tank, transmission and engine mounts remain original. No cut cross members, no re-welded mounting points. Your car can technically be returned to its original condition. We do not offer this as a service — we simply build this way.
The two drill holes — where and why
Position 1 — Hauptmotor-Halterung
Drilling at a structurally intended position. Size model-specific (typically 4–6 mm). Reinforcement via an adapter plate with the original mount.
Position 2 — HV-Verkabelungs-Durchführung
Drilling aligned with the original tank feed-through. Double sealing against water and vibration ingress.

TÜV individual approval — what that means in practice
Because we do not cut into the body, the TÜV individual approval is easier. The inspector sees the vehicle structurally unchanged — only with a different drive in the mounts designed for it.
This shortens the TÜV appointment and reduces the risk that a conversion does not pass. So far we have successfully completed all submitted individual approvals — the exact number grows with every build.
Electric drives can be integrated into a classic combustion vehicle in two ways: by adapting the body to the motor — or by adapting the motor to the body. We do the latter.
That means more engineering per build. But it also means: your car stays the car you bought. Just with a different drive.
Why value retention through methodology matters
Wiederverkauf
Original substance is the classic value-retention standard. A restomod with a welded frame is no longer a classic.
H-plate
For vehicles over 30 years old, the H registration remains possible because the substance is unchanged.
Insurance
Body and structural parts remain in factory condition — insurers rate them lower than modified vehicles.
What this is not
We offer no commercial conversion back to combustion . Our specialization is the conversion to electric — cleanly built, documented.
If a customer wishes to convert back in the future, that is technically possible (which is exactly why we build this way), but we would calculate that individually — no fixed price, no standard service.
