Unser Kit passt in alle Porsche 911 F-Modelle (1963–1973) und G-Modelle (1974–1989). Das umfasst: 911 T, 911 E, 911 S, 911 SC, 911 Carrera 3.0 und 3.2, 911 Turbo (930) sowie die Targa-Varianten aller Baujahre. Installation Step by Step
Tag 1-2: Removal of the original boxer engine and gearbox. Careful documentation for later reversal. Mounting of the ESDI EV motor adapter to the original mounting points.
Tag 2-3: Installation of the Tesla SDU/LDU motor, mounting of the battery modules (in the front trunk and under the rear bench), installation of the cooling system.
Tag 3-4: Komplette Verkabelung: HV-Kabelbaum, NV-Integration (Licht, Blinker, Instrumente), DC/DC-Wandler, CCS-Ladebuchse.
Tag 4-5: Erstinbetriebnahme, Software-Konfiguration, Testfahrt, TÜV-Vorbereitung.

Wie lange dauert der Einbau?
Der Einbau eines komplett vormontierten ESDI EV Kits dauert bei einem erfahrenen Mechaniker ca. 3–5 Arbeitstage. Bei Einbau in unserer Werkstatt in Herford oder bei einem unserer zertifizierten B2B-Partner ist das Fahrzeug in der Regel innerhalb einer Woche fahrbereit. Die TÜV-Abnahme kann unmittelbar danach erfolgen.
Ist der Umbau reversibel?
Yes, fully. Our kit requires no body cuts or irreversible modifications. The original engine can be reinstalled at any time. This protects your classic’s value and lets you return to the original setup whenever you want.
Welche Reichweite hat der 911 nach dem Umbau?
Depending on the battery package, you reach 250 km (PURE, 40 kWh) to 300 km (ULTIMATE, 45 kWh) WLTP range. The Standard package (40 kWh) delivers approx. 250 km; the Performance package (45 kWh) reaches up to 350 km. For daily use and weekend trips, that’s more than enough.
Was kostet der Porsche 911 Elektro-Umbau?
The ESDI EV 911 kit starts at €44,990 (excluding installation). Price varies depending on power class and battery package. A complete conversion including installation typically ranges between €55,000 and €85,000. Compared to other providers, we offer an excellent price-to-performance ratio with TÜV approval and OEM-grade quality.
Behalte ich mein H-Kennzeichen?
Under current law (as of 2026), an electric conversion generally causes the vehicle to lose its H-plate (historic plate) because the original drivetrain is removed. However, you benefit from motor-vehicle tax exemption for EVs and can apply for an E-plate. Since our conversion is reversible, you can return to the original engine and re-apply for the H-plate at any time.

Each kit ships with a Type 2 CCS charging port. AC charging up to 10 kW (wallbox or public charger), DC fast charging up to 70 kW (PERFORMANCE) or 90 kW (ULTIMATE) at CCS stations. A full charge at your home wallbox takes approx. 3–5 hours; at a fast charger you go from 20% to 80% in 30–45 minutes.
