Was macht ESDI EV anders?
Tesla LDU-Technologie: While most providers rely on smaller or proprietary motors, we use the proven Tesla Large Drive Unit – in use millions of times, with power from 150 to 600 hp.
Vorab TÜV-zertifiziert: Our kits do NOT depend on individual approval. The kits themselves are pre-tested by the TÜV – this makes the approval after installation a formality.
CCS-Schnellladen serienmäßig: Every kit comes with a Type 2 CCS charging port for AC (10 kW) and DC fast charging (50 kW). No optional surcharge.
Plug & Play: Fully pre-assembled wiring harnesses, adapters and mounts. Installation time 3–5 days instead of several weeks.

Which provider is the cheapest?
EmsVolt offers the lowest entry prices (from ~10,000€), but for basic components without plug-and-play installation. For a complete, TÜV-certified kit with a Tesla motor, ESDI EV starts at 24,990€ – compared to the power and quality offered, that is the best price-performance ratio.
Who offers the highest power?
ESDI EV with up to 600 hp (track version for the Porsche 911). No other German provider comes close to these power figures.
Do I have to have the conversion done at the provider?
Not with ESDI EV – our kits are plug-and-play and can also be installed at a local workshop. Voltimer and Lorey mainly offer workshop conversions.
